I have a great passion for getting the most out of people and their businesses while helping them reach their dreams. I have coached soccer for many years, and the coaching mindset has been one of the greatest drivers of my professional success. It has helped to prove that if you can get everyone to have the same mindset, put team above self, and put forth maximum effort to maximize your strengths - team and personal success will follow. I have proven this in business and in coaching others including my children. Every day I try to do the same for our clients because if we follow these teachings and commit to a common goal, we will all find the success we seek together. What are your hobbies? Coaching is my hobby. What advice do you have for prospective employees of ELO? ELO is a down-to-earth South Dakota firm that is large enough to allow a multitude of career options to staff while also being small enough for everyone to know and be involved with each other. What have you gained from working at ELO? Working at ELO has provided me the opportunity to continue coaching people and leading the firm forward. What are three words to describe ELO? Trusted, Knowledgable, Supportive What is your favorite sport and/or favorite team to watch? My favorite sport to watch would be Soccer, National Teams What's on your bucket list? I would love to watch my daughter play professional soccer and my son to perform on Broadway What places have you lived? Santa Rosa, CA; Mitchell, SD & Sioux Falls SD What's the one thing in life you could not live without? The people I cannot live without are my wife, daughter & son. What is one place in the world you would love to visit? I would like to visit the Galapagos Islands
