Q&A WITH THE TEAM

What do you do and how do you make an impact for others?

I like to think I help clients with not only their required compliance work but also help them with planning for future operations and options. I am in the role of training newer staff as well as in the beginning phases of transitioning clients to those staff.

What are your hobbies?

Camping - I enjoy the close-knit camping community and "getting away from it all" when I am at my campsite.

What advice do you have for prospective employees of ELO?

Put the work in and provide your clients with the best service you can, and you will be rewarded with not only compensation but loyal and supportive client relationships. Enjoy your work - if you don't enjoy providing our services, you're in the wrong profession. Laugh and joke - people that are always serious can dampen the spirits of those around them.

What have you gained from working at ELO?

Close friends and a second family that I rely upon and gain support from. Self-confidence especially when solving complex engagements.

What are three words to describe ELO?

Professional, supportive, and dedicated.

What is your favorite sport and/or favorite team to watch?

Football - The "There's always next year Vikings"

What's on your bucket list?

Live to see my great-great grandchildren - I already have a great grandson.

What places have you lived?

Parker SD, Mitchell, SD and Sioux Falls, SD.

What is one place in the world you would love to visit?

Oak Island - if it only wasn't in Canada, is somewhere I want to visit.

What's the one thing in life you could not live without?

I cannot live without my family.
